Aaron and Jesse found the problem quickly . Garage door handles were obstructing the smooth opening and closing of the the door. They repositioned them. The two men were very courteous . Aaron explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand.(I’m 96). I have been satisfied with the performance of the door.

The gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues with our 20 year old garage door. He quoted prices for the two options that he could provide to do the repairs, and after I selected an option, he was able to do major repairs and replacement of parts within 90 minutes. I watched him work and have confidence that he is experienced and really showed that he knew what he was doing. If I have a problem in the future, I will be happy to have him come back to fix the problem.

Precision doors techs arrived on time. Assessed the problem; gave me an estimate. While they were doing the work they came upon a hidden problem. The supporting frame work was out of place from the original install by my builder ! Kevin was technically adept to find a work around this and was able to complete my job. They did a great job and didn’t even charge me more than the agreed estimate ! Yes; Precision is the Best !

I filled out an online request for service late on a Friday night and within minutes received a phone call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brent came out and within minutes had checked out the garage opener and suggested three options for repairs and gave me his honest recommendation. He had the opener fixed and adjusted with 30 minutes and was on his way. Very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend!!

Our garage door wouldn't open finally figured out a spring had broken. Didn't quite know where to turn , looked online and found Precision. Good reviews, a 24 hour chat line and made my appointment Sunday night. The technician (Monty Morales) was here promptly at the time scheduled time and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. I highly recommend this company if you need garage door repairs.

Respectful, informative possible expense information and cooperative dealing with office receptionist in schedule of appointment. Informed of date and time period to expect the technician. Technician called to let me know approximate time of his arrival. Very professional and friendly in meeting him and discussing the issue with him. Tried to repair but after through checking out, decision had to be for a new garage door opener. Technician gave me his approximate time for completion and was very accurate in doing the necessary work to get the garage door opener installed and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to assist friends and family. Price was reasonable for opener and labor. Was a pleasure to work with this business.
