Damian called to let me know he was running late but still well within the 2 hour window I scheduled the day before. He was very knowlegable and extremely helpful. He inspected my two garage doors, springs and rollers and got my older style garage door openers to work! I will call Precision in the future if or when the need arises!!!

Dan showed me how to operate the garage door. I am happy and satisfied with my new garage door and opener, it is so quiet. I had all garage door openers fried due to a very close lightning strike and called Precision due to past experience with their employee Dan Kuhn. Dan did excellent work in replacing the openers and was very friendly and knew what he was doing. I could NOT have had a better person show up at my door. In the future I will always ask for Dan. Started off with Customer service being friendly and expedient. Did not expect to get such quick service. Shortly received phone call from tech giving me his eta. He was one of the most friendly and kindest person I have experienced dealing with. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was a "people" person. Explained and showed me what the problems were with our garage door and an estimate. I wish other people in the service business handled their jobs like he did. Needless to say I would not hesitate to use Percision again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service call went great. Damian diagnosed the problem quickly and provided options. Problem was circuit board was out, but this was an old unit. He got us back up and running, new programming, and did some other maintenance work on the rollers and springs. Very courteous, professional, and fast! We're good to go now.
