Precision doors techs arrived on time. Assessed the problem; gave me an estimate. While they were doing the work they came upon a hidden problem. The supporting frame work was out of place from the original install by my builder ! Kevin was technically adept to find a work around this and was able to complete my job. They did a great job and didn’t even charge me more than the agreed estimate ! Yes; Precision is the Best !

I filled out an online request for service late on a Friday night and within minutes received a phone call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Brent came out and within minutes had checked out the garage opener and suggested three options for repairs and gave me his honest recommendation. He had the opener fixed and adjusted with 30 minutes and was on his way. Very knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend!!

Good reviews, a 24 hour chat line and made my appointment Sunday night. The technician (Monty Morales) was here promptly at the time scheduled time and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. Respectful, informative possible expense information and cooperative dealing with office receptionist in schedule of appointment. Informed of date and time period to expect the technician. Technician called to let me know approximate time of his arrival. Very professional and friendly in meeting him and discussing the issue with him. Tried to repair but after through checking out, decision had to be for a new garage door opener. Technician gave me his approximate time for completion and was very accurate in doing the necessary work to get the garage door opener installed and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to assist friends and family. Price was reasonable for opener and labor. Was a pleasure to work with this business.

Started off with Customer service being friendly and expedient. Did not expect to get such quick service. Shortly received phone call from tech giving me his eta. He was one of the most friendly and kindest person I have experienced dealing with. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was a "people" person. Explained and showed me what the problems were with our garage door and an estimate. I wish other people in the service business handled their jobs like he did. Needless to say I would not hesitate to use Percision again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
