Having worked in both the customer service and retail arenas for a number of years, I recognize and appreciate promptness, professionalism, courtesy and expeditiousness. Service call went great. Damian diagnosed the problem quickly and provided options. Problem was circuit board was out, but this was an old unit. He got us back up and running, new programming, and did some other maintenance work on the rollers and springs. Very courteous, professional, and fast! We're good to go now.
