Horrible experience. This is a shakedown operation. DO NOT allow these people into your home or on your property; they will demand a service fee that isn’t disclosed by Angi.com or by their call center. After refusing to be taken advantage of, the servicemen reluctantly left my home. Had I not sternly “escorted “ them out, they’d have occupied my kitchen all evening demanding fees that weren’t agreed upon. Simply put, crooks; buyer beware and use any other company. These people are dishonest.

Hello Mr. Sida thank you for taking a moment to write a review. After reviewing the recordings and speaking with all the persons involved I would like to extend my apologies. It has been determined that you were never quoted a service call charge. When it was discovered that a service call had not been quoted to you, a verbal apology was extended to you by the Operations Manager on 10/25/2021 prior to you writing a review. Our intent was not to "shake you down' or ''take advantage of you'' but collect a service call fee that should have been quoted to you in the initial call to our company. As you can see from out 3,262 reviews and the 18 years in business, taking advantage of our customers is not the way we do business. In fact, our goal is to provide exemplary customer service. It is through customer comments that we are able to learn & grow as a company. We again sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and hope you would consider us in the future should the need arise.

Had previously had a repair done by Csleb. He is unusually courteous, alwayds on time and doesn’t quit until the job is done This time he replaced the garage door opener ordered out new door snd stayed until lost 7 PM to get the motort loaded on my IPhone Can’t say enough good about Caleb. He certainly makes your company a good bet for prompt excellent service Thank you D Wilhelm

I had a simple problem with my garage door a month after i had some major upgrades done by Jason and he came out today after i called to set up an appt yesterday and he fixed that problem within minutes. He did some tune up to the system also. This was all within the warranty timeframe. Jason is amazing and was a half hour early on top of that. I couldn't be happier with the service and the friendliness Jason showed. I will never call anyone else for my garage needs.

I chose Precision because of the 24/7 availability for repair work. Spring broke on a Saturday night trapping my vehicle in garage over a holiday weekend. I had no idea who to choose to get my garage door fixed. I googled and Precisiondoorssanantonio popped up. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day I received a call from Chris telling me he was on his way and twenty minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to. I would recommend him and the company to anyone and everyone. He also had an amazing laugh that somehow really put my worries at ease. I also had to call him the next day to figure out how to my door when our power went out. He immediately knew what was needed. Five plus stars all the way. Thank you!!
