I called Precision because my garage door appeared to be malfunctioning and sounding quite loud. Dan arrived the next day which was a Saturday afternoon. He quickly identified the problem (an adjustment and chain tightening); and within 30mins my system was working perfectly! When I called Precision for service, they gave me a time slot of 10-12. The technician, Monty was right on time (he was a bit ahead of the time as a matter of fact). He was extremely courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done, explained my options, and once we had agreed on a solution he told me how long it would take to complete the job. Once he was finished, he tested the door several times to make certain it was working fine. I will always use this company for my garage door needs

Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. The technician that serviced my door (Jason Dawson) did great work, was very friendly, and Knew what he was doing. I would recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.
