I am very happy with my new garage door motor. The service technician (Monty) was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Several folks have commented on how quiet the garage door is now. I picked Precision Door because your advertising offers emergency 24-hour service. I didn't need it at the time, but I definitely want to do business with someone who will come out and help me if my car ever gets trapped in the garage, whatever time of day that might happen. I have used this company before (and will always use them for my garage door needs), because I know the quality of their employees is second to none. Today, my technician was Chris Flores. Chris quickly identified the problem with the garage door and corrected it. What I valued most however, was that he took the time to educate me on how to prevent the problem from occurring again and went even further to describe to me certain features of my garage door, how to mitigate problems and how to keep my door operating smoothly. He demonstrated such a wealth of knowledge, I could tell he is a subject matter expert. Precision can certainly be proud of employees such as Chris. You have me as a client for life. Thank you Chris,

I called Precision because my garage door appeared to be malfunctioning and sounding quite loud. Dan arrived the next day which was a Saturday afternoon. He quickly identified the problem (an adjustment and chain tightening); and within 30mins my system was working perfectly! When I called Precision for service, they gave me a time slot of 10-12. The technician, Monty was right on time (he was a bit ahead of the time as a matter of fact). He was extremely courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done, explained my options, and once we had agreed on a solution he told me how long it would take to complete the job. Once he was finished, he tested the door several times to make certain it was working fine. I will always use this company for my garage door needs

Great Service. I had a broken spring and cables, as well as broken rollers. I decided to upgrade to the 2 spring installation after reading about it and also it being recommended by the technician. The technician that serviced my door (Jason Dawson) did great work, was very friendly, and Knew what he was doing. I would recommend to anyone needing this kind of service.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up an appointment for the same day. Dan was the service technician dispatched to us. Dan was prompt and courteous.
