I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up an appointment for the same day. Dan was the service technician dispatched to us. Dan was prompt and courteous. Dan evaluated the situation and quickly was able to resolve our issue. We were not sold service we did not need and he had parts were readily available. Great job Dan!
