James Ward was the service tech that came to my house to fix a broken spring and make a few other adjustments. James was knowledgeable, courteous and displayed a high degree of commitment to do his job well. Within a couple of hours the job was complete to my satisfaction. Every step of the job with cost was explained thoroughly to my understanding. Fantastic job James…. You are a fine representative of Precision!
