I needed work accomplished quickly and for a reasonable price, and Precision Garage Door Service delivered. I am a realtor by trade, and the level of service this company provides makes me shine when working on behalf of my local and out-of-state clients. Online scheduling was a breeze, and their technician, Patrick, was able to access the property, diagnose, repair, and invoice my anxious clients with total trustworthiness and literally zero fanfare, just checking boxes as I needed them checked. I will definitely call Precision and Patrick again. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for any garage door service. I made appointment to have tech come out and replace garage door opener. The tech arrived and promptly tried to convince me I needed coils replaced on my garage door because supposedly the coils I had replaced 5 years ago were the wrong size for my garage door. So when I googled garage door size & coils the coil size recommended was the size that had been installed on my garage door 5 years ago. When I declined coil replacement and told him I only need garage door replaced, he gave me some malarkey about if I didn’t replace coils then he couldn’t replace garage door opener because it would void warranty for garage door opener. He quoted a total of $1385 for coils & garage door opener. I told him I only need garage door opener changed out. He quoted $850 for garage door opener replacement but said he couldn’t do garage door opener replacement without coil replacement. I told him if he wasn’t going to replace my garage door opener then I wasn’t going to pay service call fee. He contacted his supervisor and then he left my residence.

Emergency assessment was superior when I was about to leave on a trip. Installation was excellent and follow-up for extra matters was quite convenient. THANKS! Your “survey” choices were limited and should allow me to cover the whole field of purchase and assistance.

Had Precision service our new garage door in Nashville and had no hesitation in contacting them here in San Antonio to service our existing garage door. Wes replaced the rollers and lubricated the chain drive, and it is now running much more smoothly (and quieter) than before. Excellent work done quickly, so we couldn't be happier!

Yes, it’s true Precision is pricey, but their technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. It’s “Yes, ma’am” “No, ma’am” When they mess up (and I’ve been in that situation) the company makes it right. It was nice working with Aaron today!

I have been a long time customer. I was very happy with the customer service. I noticed an issue with my garage door opener one early evening. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Travis Bartley was the technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable , and nice. There was no pressure to purchase at all. I had a new installed. I’m very happy with the product so far.

Very expensive. Repair was to 2 cables only. Over $400. Also was told at the time of scheduling that the "service fee would be waived" if repairs were done. This did not happen. Had to call back in for credit. Invoice reads "hung door fee minor" and that was $229. Geeze. RETHINK if you are planning on calling. Have used this service in the past for primary home, had been satisfied - now not so much.
