Technician examined garage door and provided his estimate for the service call and spring replacement. As we lifted the door, he discovered the bottom left bracket had come unscrewed from the door. I was surprised by the bill because it was $45 higher than he quoted me. He should have come clean and told me up front it would cost more since he had to use additional screws. Honesty always earns higher scores; today he only earned three stars.

Called Monday morning and appt was set for 2-4pm. I was pleased they got me in so fast. The tech called at 1:30 and said he was on his way. Jason arrived right on time and remembered that he installed a door for me about 8 years ago, I was very pleased then and was not disappointed this time. Jason is very professional and knows what he is doing. He suggested a few things and explained a lot. He serviced my door and got everything working to my satisfaction. Jason is very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Pecidion again and would ask for Jason again.

Mr Patrick Cross arrived as scheduled for my appointment. He introduced himself and asked to view my problem. He attempted to correct my problem. He stated that the motor/mother broad needed replacing. I agreed and it was installed. Idecided to the other one installed. Another appointment was made and the second opener was installed. Mr. Cross ask me if I had any question concerning either job, I say no. I would recommend your company to my friends with any garage door problem.
