Patrick was very professional, arrived on time, and fixed my garage door without any complication. We had just moved in to this house and I was afraid we would need to immediately replace both garage doors, but he aligned them, lubed them up, fixed the sensors, and generally made them run smooth. I was really appreciative of the fact we were not pushed in to buying two new full garage door systems, but given the options to fix them for now and replace them later when we can afford it better. Thanks!

Same day service was a priority. Pat, the technician who replaced my 16-year old garage door openers, was very professional and did an outstanding job. He explained the problems with my old openers and recommended several options. He did a great job installing the new openers and I am extremely satisfied. Exceptional work! First time ever having my garage door worked on and it was a great experience. He replaced a broken spring and replaced the roller bushings. Great work! Was very friendly and we chatted the whole time. Will definitely be calling y'all again in the future for any needs I may have!

Look up garage door repair by google...pick Precision as it was 24 hr service....however no one was available until the next morning. Scheduled appt for this morning...tech arrived around 9:30am. He was pleasant and informative on what was wrong with garage door. Was happy with his service and over all friendliness.
