After many years, the motor on our Precision garage door opener gave out. I really appreciated, Mark, our technician coming out for same day service! He was very polite, knowledgeable, and replaced the old motor in less than 30 min. I was very happy that he was able to reprogram our keypad which had not worked in years. We are very pleased with the quality of the equipment, and the service, and will call Precision again for any future garage door needs!

Initially wanted door to close better but "Penguin" showed us areas showing wear & tear. We decided to replace both doors. We were given price for doors with or without insulation. Very thorough.

A separate company failed on two occasions to show for scheduled service, so I contacted Precision who not only scheduled same day service but called to ask if they could come earlier than scheduled. Jason, the technician asked if he could stop by our resident earlier since he was in the area. He resolved three problems quickly and efficiently, provided me with several cost solutions, and we settled on a fair price for quality repairs.

Paul came the next morning on time and courteous! We just needed a tune up from their original installation in 2009 with previous homeowner. The door was running un-smooth and the laser eye wiring was loose causing the door to spring back up as if something was in way of door. All went great and we will be sure to keep their business card taped to inside of laundry cabinets!
