They don't give prices over the phone even if you know exactly what you need. I'm surprised by the high price of their services; maintenance is double what other companies charge. The technician was very friendly.

Door Designer Sean came out to provide an estimate today. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and listened to my needs and budget and provided a solution that would fit in my budget. I had a great experience with Precision. The online booking portal was super easy to use and made scheduling the appointment a breeze. The technician arrived right on time and was very professional. Although my garage door issues weren't acting up while he was here—meaning there wasn't anything to fix at the moment—he was still very helpful and courteous throughout the visit. I contacted Precision Garage Doors and received help quickly. Patrick spotted the trouble almost immediately and repaired the door in minutes. He also noticed "loud banging" that was occurring every time the door went up and down. He fixed that problem as well and now my garage door goes up and down very smoothly. Patrick was very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very honest and didn't try to sell me a new door but simply explained the problems and mentioned the door just needed to be maintained. I wouldn't go with any other garage door company.
