Had Precision service our new garage door in Nashville and had no hesitation in contacting them here in San Antonio to service our existing garage door. Wes replaced the rollers and lubricated the chain drive, and it is now running much more smoothly (and quieter) than before. Excellent work done quickly, so we couldn't be happier!

Yes, it’s true Precision is pricey, but their technicians are polite and knowledgeable. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive. It’s “Yes, ma’am” “No, ma’am” When they mess up (and I’ve been in that situation) the company makes it right. It was nice working with Aaron today!

I have been a long time customer. I was very happy with the customer service. I noticed an issue with my garage door opener one early evening. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Travis Bartley was the technician and he was very professional, knowledgeable , and nice. There was no pressure to purchase at all. I had a new installed. I’m very happy with the product so far.

Very expensive. Repair was to 2 cables only. Over $400. Also was told at the time of scheduling that the "service fee would be waived" if repairs were done. This did not happen. Had to call back in for credit. Invoice reads "hung door fee minor" and that was $229. Geeze. RETHINK if you are planning on calling. Have used this service in the past for primary home, had been satisfied - now not so much.

People fine, prices fine, but poor integrity. Quoted a price on phone, almost triple when tech arrived. Did not have those funds available at that time, had to pay $69 for showing up. Got me there with false information and took my money anyway- poor business practice.

I used this company several years ago to install a new door and gave them an excellent rating. Moved to a new location and needed help with the existing door. Same experience- excellent. Greg was very professional and friendly. Called on the way, right on time and finished the job very quickly. Precision knows what they are doing and do it very well.
