I called for a repair on our existing door. Marc showed up ahead of schedule and diagnosed the problem. Being that our door was 13 years old, it was more beneficial to purchase a new opener. Marc was extremely professional and answered all questions. He was in and out in no time at all. I Highly recommend Precision. I wish more companies would have this kind of customer service.

5 stars. Repair person Martin showed up exactly on time, found the problem in a very short time and repair was done completely to my satisfaction. He also even showed me how to do some self-maintenance for any potential small future problems. I asked him about a replacement opener and he said heck, no, would be just a waste of your money at this time, this one is good for another 3 - 4 years at least." In this day-and-age, there are a lot of shady business people out there so this was good to hear. Excellent, trustworthy service that also saved me some money, can't beat that. 24-hour service is also pretty nice too, very convenient, as they came out on a Sunday, so no time off work had to be taken. Would definitely use this company again - would even ask for Martin personally - and would recommend them to others.

Shout out to Monty Morales! Monty is personable, professional and informative. He fixed the belt on the garage door lift, calibrated the lift, inspected all other parts of the door, lubricated the moving parts and made recommendations on maintaining the lift and door. Great work!

I called today to get an estimate on a garage door repair. Precision was able to respond in the same day and sent Dan to my house a couple of hours later. Dan was quickly able to diagnose the problem and quote the repair. It was a 13 year old unit so I asked about replacement. Dan went over the replacement options with me and I chose to just replace the unit. Dan had the equipment on his truck and was able to replace my unit on the spot. A little over an hour later I had a brand new system. Dan was professional and friendly. I would recommend Dan based on this experience.

These folks do excellent work however they are quite expensive. I have had them out twice over the past 8 months and did not receive a receipt either time. I left a voicemail message for the owner Martin and he has not returned my call a month later.

Technician Jason Dawson called ahead of arrival time as a courtesy to advise he would be arriving, and then upon arrival, I found him to be both friendly and very well-informed about garage doors/openers!
