One of the garage door springs broke last night and the door wouldn't open with both cars stuck inside. I called precision and they sent Dan out the same day. Dan called 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Arrived on time and completed the work perfectly. The price was a little higher than I was anticipating but it came with a lifetime warranty. Repair was quick and Dan adjusted the force and travel and the door sits perfectly when closed.
