Jason and Alex arrived on schedule. They listened to my concerns ,quickly accessed and identified the problem. In addition to restoring both doors to their total functions and one long time non-function remote completely lubricated both and offered a suggestion of how to lengthen life of rollers with no pressure to install. As to later we did install on one door and it certainly doesn't make as much noise and seems to operate more smoothly. Your fees were reasonable and discounts were generous. In short my wife and I were pleased. Your agents have uncomplicated our life a bit as we no longer have to hold indoor openers down to close door,go outside to get into car and both doors response from remote to open. We would recommend you to folks in need of maintenance and repair.

I can always rely on Precision to be available during the week and on weekends (Sunday repair this last time). Dan has serviced our doors a couple of times now and always is very personal and professional and leaves the worksite clean. They were on site as promised and called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. Not pleased. I authorized the work, it was finished and I paid. Later I called other garage door service companies to compare costs. After 3 estimates I got prices $300 and below, for the same work. Precision Charged me nearly $500. I guess my trusting nature cost me at least $200 this time around. Technician was nice and professional, unfortunately his company seems to be over charging for parts and service.

Mike - Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Feedback from our customers is necessary to improve our business. Although our prices are quoted before beginning the job I understand you were displeased with our pricing. We are not the lowest in the industry nor are we the highest. We do however use a better grade of hardware including high cycle heavy duty springs.This enables us to better stand behind our product and service in the coming years. I am unable to say why the other companies were quoting you less. Perhaps the disparity in pricing comes in the product they sell. I can say that since we installed our springs, for the next three years should the springs break there will be no charge again for the springs. I thank you for your feedback. Regards

Joe Giles (think that was his last name) was excellent at the job. Our door was not working with the opener so was opening manually. It went off track and so called your service. Joe put the door back on track and found the motor was broke. He put a new one on, repaired the rollers that were bent and added a new key pad. Joe was very pleasant to have work on our garage door. He is a great representative of your organization!!

May 30, 2018 Jason and Allen did a very professional job in repairing/ overhauling my 22 year old garage door. They also replaced the garage door opener. The door opens with ease and it is extremely quiet now. Thanks for a job well done! P.S. I like the extra touch of seeing a photo and a bio of the lead technician coming to the house!

It’s nice tool find a company today that puts the customer first and goes above and beyond to satisfy them. I have had some trying times with contractors since the Hailstorm of 2016 hit our home. Precision Door has represented Clopay Doors Exceptionally Well and Dan from Precision has answered every phone call and question I’ve thrown at him. Clopays rep Tony even met with me to lend me a sample door to take home to match to my decor and he had a sample window sent for me to see as well!!! I have used Precision doors on two other occasions prior to today and always find them fair and honest in their assessment of my repair. I called to have both of my homes serviced and found Monty, just absolutely terrific in his work and communication as to what were my options. He was never pushy, and never seemed to lead me one way of the other. One of my homes had a 27 year old opener that I replaced and found the new one extremely efficient and very quiet. Monty explained what he was doing ever step of the way. Their pricing is very low and affordable and gave me a 90-day warranty on all of his work today.
