I was "trapped" in my garage, actually it was my car, and when I asked for a service call that morning, the answer was "yes" and I really appreciated that very much. The technician, Jason, was timely, polite, and told me exactly what was what with my door. He arrived in the middle of the two hour block of time, got right to work and so far I am very satisfied. My car is not longer "trapped" in the garage. Thanks!!

Joe was on time and immediately diagnosed the problem with my door. He had completed the repair in minutes and then graciously programed my two vehicles to the opener which we had not accomplished due to just moving into the home. Monty was great. Very personable & knowledgeable. Needed a hinge replacement which he took care of promptly. Tightened screws, replaced some missing screws & lubricated everything. I’m good to go! Mr. Dan Kuhn repaired our garage door today. This was his third visit in the past few years, as our garage door is almost 15 years old. He is not only a true professional in his trade, he is also very kind and straightforward and takes time to explain what is needed. He is also very neat and tidy in his work. I was in the automobile repair business for 30 years and am retired. If I was to go into the garage door repair business, I would certainly try to steal Dan Kuhn from your Company! He is definitely a great guy, and we insist that he be the one to come and do our work.

Details are important. I was happy with the professionalism of this company. Their website is well thought out and easy to navigate. You can build your own doors, which I appreciated. Both technicians that came to my house were excellent. I did like the well marked vehicles and uniformed technicians. They installed two garage doors for us and left the area clean with no installation marks in our garage. And, most important, the doors look great! I happily recommend this company.

After troubleshooting a problem with a new opener I installed, I narrowed it down to a bad spring. We've been in the house 10 years and have never had a single garage door problem - so, who to call? I hit the internet and the choices were overwhelming. I came across Precision Door. I was impressed by their page and customer reviews so I opened a chat. The rep was very friendly and responsive and the online quote was fair. Dan Kuhn showed up the next day, on time, and broke the news to me as gently as he could. The installed spring was indeed busted, outdated, and in need of replacement. And it wouldn't be cheap. Not Dan's fault, just the nature of the beast. I let Dan replace the spring and also install the second door opener I had purchased. He did an outstanding job with both and was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly throughout. Greatly appreciate your help, Precision Door, and especially sending Dan out to our house!

This service was amazing. I called on Saturday noon and by 3pm we already had a technician at our house installing everything. The process only took about an hour, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I couldn't recommend this service more!
