I was shocked the by the charges for a simple task. I was quoted a service call fee of $49.95. The technician arrived, got a ladder, unplugged and then plugged back in the inoperative unit. That was it, but an excessive “fee” added to the service call fee. He then suggested, “while he was there” lubricating the doors. That was about 5 minutes of using a spray can to spray springs and mechanism. Another ridiculously excessive “fee.” The total became $169! It was a mistake calling this company, the padded bill in no way reflected the brief, simple services all added to the service call. I will never call them again.

Wow! Our garage door decided to not work today trapping one of cars inside. A spring broke. Great timing. I called Precision and they sent a gentleman by the name of Monty Morales. Mr. Morales was professional looking and spoke professionally. I was impressed by his mannerisms and his ability to explain to me how to maintain our garage doors. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of my question. Mr. Morales fixed our garage in a very timely manner. I HIGLY RECOMMEND this company due to Mr. Morales' actions and professionalism. Thank you for fixing our garage!! When the other garage goes I definitly know who to call.

The spring on our garage door broke late Saturday night. I did not expect to have it repaired on a Sunday. I requested a quote, received a phone call very quickly and they had a technician at my house by 3:30. We added an extra spring to our door and it works better than ever. The technician was very informative and friendly.

Had my garage door spring replaced on Saturday 10/27. Danny Kuhn was the tech. Danny was on time a a real pro. Job was done quickly and price was reasonable. Can't say enough good things about Danny. He did an outstanding job, was very professional plus I really enjoyed talking with him while he was there. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision and especially Danny to anyone. Dan Kuhn was the tech that came out to service my garage door. He is the one that installed it a year ago. He is defiantly an asset to your company. He is always so courteous and awesome. Explains what is going on with my door. He did call me ahead of time and told me he was running late and gave me a time frame of when he would arrive at my house. Giving me time to run back to work and not loose my time away from work. I told him I was only 7 minutes away from my house and to let me know when he arrives there and I would leave work and meet him. In which he did call. I really appreciated that. I do love my garage door and Precision Garage Doors is GREAT! I refer people to you all the time.

Excellent service! Our door was making some frightening noises, so I arranged to have someone come out and do an inspections and some adjustments. Being open on Sundays is huge for us since we work during the week. Mark called to offer us the opportunity to have an earlier appointment thank originally scheduled which worked out perfectly for us. I would definitely recommend both Mark and Precision!

This is the second time I've used Precision to work on my door for two separate issues. My experience on both occasions was great. Most recently, Ben reset my door after I caught it on the light bar of my truck. He took care of it faster than I expected and it worked great and was less noisy than before. This is definitely my go-to company for garage door issues.

I called because my remote opener wasn't working. Not only did Mr Kuhn fixed that (replaced the battery), but also replaced some light bulbs in the overhead fixture and oiled the track to eliminate the awful squeaking. He did a great job and took less than an hour after coming right on time.

Technician arrived early . Very polite. Gave diagnosis and I decided to take the approximately 350 buck option. However, when he got up on ladder , saw it was just chain off the track, and didn't need new inner part. Final bill was l00. 90 . Did basic tune up, etc. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Honest and pleasant. Highly recommend Precision.
