The service your repairman did was awesome in everyway. Installation and clean up after the job was done was great. He was very courtesy and explain all the work he did and ask me to see it after he was done just incase I saw something I might want to adjust more.

Ivan called and introduced himself on the phone on his way to my house. Then, he made a thorough inspection and gave me a honest recommendation without any pressure. HI!! Some time ago I had dealings with another company in the area. I am certain you know their name. The garage opener & key pad was totally unsatisfactory. The key pad was replaced 3 times. I didn't really want to buy a new motor today, but Dan was extremely professional. Jason did a thorough job in performing maintenance on my overhead garage door. He tighten all bolts and nuts and lubricated areas that required lubrication. Inspected all cables, chain, springs and ensured door was working properly. I give him 5 star work!

Liked your name Precision & the organized & attractive appearance of your WEB page; that you were available 24/7; and couldn't find any negatives amongst your many reviews. Your employee who answered the phone was positive with a "can do" assurance. Your technician, Dan, was prompt, diagnosed the problem right away, and delivered the excellent quality of workmanship that all of his reviews spoke to, and more. I went with Precision because I liked the technician's Bios and experience, as well as Precison's comittment to get the job done with expediency. I was very pleased with Dan Khun's work and ethical standards. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed and didn't try to do a hard sell on products that I didn't really need at the time. I would give Precison and Dan Khun an overall rating of 5.
