Great service and friendly technician. However, the website notes if they couldn't get to my house within 4 hours after my call, there would be no service call charge. The telephone person even said she'd note that on my record. Technician said, "No, that means if we are more than 4 hours late, you don't pay for the service charge." ???? Great service, though.

Five Stars! I have an older model garage door opener. The light bulb is very difficult to access, and impossible for me to change by myself. I called the company that installed the system, and was told that they do not do lighting. However, they offered to sell me a new motor. Found your website, and decided to call. From initial contact-through-service call, it was all a positive experience. I will certainly contact Precision for future garage door needs.
