I am very satisfied with the service, the product and the professionalism that I received today. Jason was on time, explained the difference with the openers, he installed the door opener and also had to fix the door in order to have it working properly. I can't believe how fast he had the work completed. He demonstrated everything and made sure I had an understanding of the system. Thank-you Jason was very professional!!!!!

Precision was great! They came exactly when they said and the technician called 1st to make sure I was home. Jason told me what the problem was and what was causing it. He gave me a total cost but also a lower price for the immediate problem without a lot of pressure to go for the higher priced fix. He also gave me a discount and worked straight through to get the job done asap. He also had all the needed parts in his truck.

NOT TOO HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED THIS TIME. HAD BOTH MOTORS REPLACED ON SATURDAY. FIRST A BOLT FELL OUT OF BOTH SIDES ON TOP OF BOTH OUR VEHICLES, THEN ONE OF THEM IS MAKING A BUZZING NOISE AS IF SOMETHING IS CONSTANTLY RUNNING INSIDE OF IT, AND IT SEEMS AS THOUGH NO ONE IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY. I CALLED BACK TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM THE VERY NEXT DAY AND IT WAS KIND OF LIKE OKAY WELL WE WILL GET TO IT WHEN WE CAN. NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
