Prescision installed my garage door openers, so I didn’t think of anyone else for repairs. Also, the person who installed them was very professional; did a great job and impressed me with his professionalism. The technician who came by to check out my problem arrived shortly after I made the call. He called and asked if he could come by sooner and I was very happy about that. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and explained the problem and fixed it on the spot. I’m very impressed with this company.

I liked what I saw in the tv ads and then when my garage door was acting up I went online and scheduled an appointment. Greg called before he headed over. He was polite and professional and explained what he saw and what he could do. I was impressed with the lifetime warranty and agreed to the repairs he recommended. He was done in about an hour and oh my gosh! Night and day difference! No more noisy jerking movements. It opened and closed smoothly. I was very happy with Precision and am glad I chose them to repair and service the garage door at my house. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. I had a broken torsion spring and rather than just replacing the spring, the service expert went above and beyond to evaluate the system and explain to me and educate me on what caused the spring to break and then made the appropriate repairs and adjustments for the door to function properly without excessive drag or wear on its components and opener motor. I highly recommend Precision if you need garage door maintenance or repairs and are looking for a good experience.

We called precision when our garage door almost fell off the racks while open. They were able to get to us the next morning and quickly provided options and solutions for us.
