I am very pleased with response to the initial call and the worked done to install a new door opener. David Arreguin did a fantastic job. He found the problem and showed me the three options I could choose from. David was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. After the job was done, he also explained how everything worked. He made sure I understood how to use the remotes and how the door opener and everything else including all the reprograming he did.

I called in yesterday to have your company come and check the garage door. I was given a time between 8:00-12:00, today as a response. At 8:08, this morning, Mr. Aaron Rodriguez sent me a text that he would be here in 15 minutes. He was. Immediately he went to inspect the garage door gave me an estimate. Once we settled on a choice of options, again he immediately began this project. Not only did he work with precision, this man was courteous, professional and attentive to any questions I had. If you need a numerical evaluation, on a scale of 1-10, I go with 10 out of 10.

My garage door was originally installed by Precision Door by the previous owner. It's old. When I called and explained I had found a bolt from the support structure on the floor, they immediately set up an appointment for the same day. Aaron was punctual, early in fact, friendly and efficient. He did a safety check, repaired several loose bolts, answered my many questions, and gave me a reasonable quote for replacement. Made my day.

I had looked at Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio a few years ago, and at the time,e I recall the prices were reasonable. When Johnny came over and quoted three Garage Door openers at $1000 above cost, I regretted calling because if I said no, I would have been charged a fee for just coming out. Reluctantly, I agreed, and while I like the product, the installation (specifically, the wire management) was messy, and I'll probably have to redo it myself. In addition, when mounting the wire, they left greasy handprints on my ceiling and walls. So now I have to clean them or repaint over them. Overall, they weren't worth the premium they charge. If you want to pay $1000 for labor and get a mediocre job completed quickly, this is your company.

Very easy to schedule service and the weekend appointments are a plus. Recommendation for this company came from a friend an we are glad we used them.The technician (Patrick)was on time and explained everything associated with the inspection and tune up for our door. By the time he left, the door was aligned and open and closed much smooth and quieter than before. He even corrected bracket misalignment from when the door was originally installed.
