Wow. Called around noon on my day off. A super nice person handled the appointment—and by 5 PM my garage door was fixed—replaced the huge spring got it all working smooth again! Tech man was great! Efficient, super skilled, and wonderful to work with. Would recommend Precision to any homeowner.

I called Precision because I had seen the ads on tv. Brent Huffman, the repairman who responded to my call arrived early, found the problem, and quickly corrected the issue. He answered all our questions and gave us his personal recommendations. Our doors are 27 years old so an upgrade was warranted. Brent outlined what would be done about hardware, door choices, colors, and made the whole process easy to understand. He discussed warranty options and answered all our questions. It was a very pleasant experience.
