I was very happy with the workmanship. But what I really liked is that I received a phone call letting me know that the technician was going to be late. Making the appointment and the follow up was done very professionally. I would recommend Precision to my family and friends.

We were impressed with the quick response to come look at the old garage door and give us an estimate on a new door. Larry did an outstanding job installing the new door. All estimates received from others said it would take a minimum of two weeks to order the not standard size door. Jason made a few calls and we had our door installed in four days. Great job! Five Stars well earn.

I had the pleasure to work with Joe earlier this week when we had a bit of a mishap with our garage door requiring full replacement. Not only was Joe prompt, friendly, and knowledgable, but he went above and beyond to track down the door and schedule an install on his day off since our door would no longer close. Joe and Mike came out together to install the door today and I was impressed with their professionalism, quick work, and willingness to explain everything and educate us on the new door. A huge thanks to Joe and Mike for a great experience!

Damian was prompt, courteous and professional. He called ahead today before his arrival and made the service call in the time frame scheduled, which I always appreciate. He serviced our garage door, answered my questions and did not try to sell me something I was not interested in. I am keeping your business card, so I know who to call if I need any service in the future. Many thanks!

Thank you Larry for your help today. The garage door repair went smoothly and quickly. You were efficient in calling to advise your where-abouts and how long it would be for you to arrive at our rental property. The tenants were happy with your service. Thank you. I think it gives people comfort in general ... to know who is going to handle a specific service call and a photo online gives added assurance especially when that face comes knocking at the door. Background Checks and Drug Testing is so important to us. It's nice to also rely on same day service but we don't like to call FIRE unless there is one so 2 day service is fine with us. If not busy, we certainly would not turn down a same day appointment :-) The service fee of $49.95 was very reasonable. Thanks for always taking care of business (comment to Precision Door IN GENERAL). We appreciate you because being an out of state owner / landlord is alot easier when dealing with companies such as yourself that make it easy to do business. Again... thank you ! Mary Lee & Bob Hill
