Dan called to let us know he was on the way and was prompt. Dan was very patient while we contemplated what services we would get. He gave us every option available, including prices and warranty info on the spot. He was knowledgeable about what repairs we needed. He worked very efficiently and explained all the work he did on completion and tested it with me.
