I was expecting a "tune-up". The more Jason worked on the door, the worse it got. I ended up having to buy a whole new unit. I was not happy about the expenditure.

I selected the site because it offered weekend appointments, but was disappointed I could not get a same day appointment since I called early in the day and was having a problem; Sunday was booked. I tried other companies, but selected your company because of the information available on your website and also because I had used your company previously for garage door opener repairs. The technician called to confirm his arrival time and was very efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with the results.
