The gentleman who came to our house was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the issues with our 20 year old garage door. He quoted prices for the two options that he could provide to do the repairs, and after I selected an option, he was able to do major repairs and replacement of parts within 90 minutes. I watched him work and have confidence that he is experienced and really showed that he knew what he was doing. If I have a problem in the future, I will be happy to have him come back to fix the problem.

Precision doors techs arrived on time. Assessed the problem; gave me an estimate. While they were doing the work they came upon a hidden problem. The supporting frame work was out of place from the original install by my builder ! Kevin was technically adept to find a work around this and was able to complete my job. They did a great job and didn’t even charge me more than the agreed estimate ! Yes; Precision is the Best !

I need you to come back and check the door. Using the wall switch, the door won't go down unless the switch is held down. It will go up with the switch released, but not go down. Can you come tomorrow after 2:00 or the next day? Thanks
