Excellent communication, and they got us scheduled immediately. Showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, and the price to repair was completely reasonable. Would absolutely use again should any other issue arise. We've had 2 other people in the last 2 years come to assess and repair the garage door issues. Both times they left with a service fee, but no repair for us. So, we just let it go. But today, I decided to try one more time before just buying a whole new system. Your Tech, Johnathon Hernandez, came out, identified the problem immediately, gave a quote up front to fix, and handled it. No hidden fees, no surprises after the job, just got to work and did what he said he'd do. Definitely a 5 star company, and they get a 10/10 rating from us! Highly recommend! Thanks so much!!

The technician was upset due to getting a call late in the day using foul language towards my wife. At the end of the day he got the door fixed I will call Precision again but request different tech The tech who originally installed the doo was GREAT

I received a entirely different quote when I spoke to Kristy over teh phone to fix my garage door. When tech came out and looked and quoted me 3x the amount. Then insult to injury charged me the $69 dollar service fee for 4 minutes of looking around.

We have lived in our new home for just 4 years. As so often found in our community the builder installed a very cheap garage door. Naturally we have had periodic problems with the door until it just would open or close properly. The rollers were coming out of rails, the glue on the metal panels was failing, and rollers and springs were malfunctioning. Finally, it was stuck open and not secure. The only positive thing in the whole disaster was our phone call to Precision Door company of San Antonio. They sent out a Tech named David on the same day I called. He was excellent! He knew what he was doing and fixed everything. That cheap door never worked so well as it did when he finished. Plus, David gave me some good advice about how to maintain the door in the future and gave me a Veteran's discount on his work. It made my day! I will call Precision Door again if I need help.
