Precision service tech inspected and verified specs to enable quote for replacement door damaged by hail. Technician was punctual, customer friendly and helpful. Was disappointed that Precision does not sell the brand of door I prefer. The suggested replacement by Precision would cost $700+ more than the current door. Still shopping.

Excellent scheduling, showed up on time, door diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. However, the pricing was sky high at 500+for a spring repair, but I did not have time to shop around. Touted lifetime guarantee, but I had to call the office after to get a copy of it. Technician Joe was excellent.

Excellent service with immediate availability. Pleasant and informative service technician. Tuned up my door and replaced worn parts. I was thinking I needed a new garage door opener, but it is still OK. This is the second time I have had Precision out on a call for the opener, thinking that I should replace the original one and was told it was still working, so no need at this time. Appreciate the honest evaluation and no high pressure to sell me a new opener.

Damian called to let me know he was running late but still well within the 2 hour window I scheduled the day before. He was very knowlegable and extremely helpful. He inspected my two garage doors, springs and rollers and got my older style garage door openers to work! I will call Precision in the future if or when the need arises!!!

Mike Dahl did my garage door overhaul a month ago, He came back for a minor problem. He explained everything, solved the problem at no charge. This company is very unusual in that they set a 2 hour window for appointments, show up on time, call before they get there, do the work quick and neat and are gone. ON 3/21/17 IVAN ROSALES , OUR TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROMPT,PROFESSIONAL,PERSONABLE,FAIR,CARING AND VERY PATIENT.HE PUT A BENT GARAGE DOOR BACK ON THE RAILS, IT GOT OFF TRACK FROM ME ACCIDENTALLY BACKING UP INTO THE DOOR ,THOUGHT IT WAS UP.IT WAS UP ABOUT 3-4 FT. I FELT REALLY BAD AND HE REASSURED ME HE SEES IT A LOT AND ,THE DOOR COULD OF BEEN DAMAGED A LOT WORSE.AFTER ASSESSING THE DAMAGE HE GAVE ME MY OPTIONS,REPAIR OR REPLACE,HE WAS 50, 50,THINKING ABOUT MOVING IN ABOUT 5 YRS.DECIDED ON REPAIR NOW.I LIKED THAT HE WAS HONEST IN HIS ASSESSMENT AND WAS NOT PUSHY. REPLACED 3 BROKEN HINGES,STRAIGHTENED BENT RAILS AND GLUED SPLIT RUBBER FROM BOTTOM OF DOOR WITH GLUE I GAVE HIM.NOTED SMALL CRACK IN UPPER PANEL.CHECKED BOTH DOORS OUT.EVERYTHING IN GOOD SHAPE.LUBRICATED BOTH DOOR TRACTS AND OTHER PARTS AS NEEDED.I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORKMANSHIP AND CARING ATTITUDE.WE USED THIS CO. 2 OTHER TIMES IN THE PAST AND WAS SATISFIED .I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CO.5 STARS.
