Damian was a true professional. He gave us excellent service. He explained everything in detail, including the mistakes made by "Overhead Door" who replaced our broken spring with the wrong size and tension. That mistake caused the electronics to fail. The new system is quiet and working perfectly. You should be proud of him. Note: In your two windows below, you should allow for multiple answers.

Started off with Customer service being friendly and expedient. Did not expect to get such quick service. Shortly received phone call from tech giving me his eta. He was one of the most friendly and kindest person I have experienced dealing with. You could tell he enjoyed his job and was a "people" person. Explained and showed me what the problems were with our garage door and an estimate. I wish other people in the service business handled their jobs like he did. Needless to say I would not hesitate to use Percision again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service call went great. Damian diagnosed the problem quickly and provided options. Problem was circuit board was out, but this was an old unit. He got us back up and running, new programming, and did some other maintenance work on the rollers and springs. Very courteous, professional, and fast! We're good to go now.

Damian Siskind is the young man who came to look at my garage door opener that would not program to my new car. He was very helpful, found the problem, I will be calling him within the next 3 months to install a new garage door opener for me. Just waiting until I've room in the budget, as the current hand held opener still works fine, just can't program the car.
