We were never so happy with the workmanship, and timely way they came to fix our door. I have been going around and around with so many repairmen at my house, and this was such a relief to have him come when he said he would, ,and to do such a good job. WE love the door opener , was happy with the price, and the installer Waylon. He was such a nice person, and worked very well .

I have used this company before (and will always use them for my garage door needs), because I know the quality of their employees is second to none. Today, my technician was Chris Flores. Chris quickly identified the problem with the garage door and corrected it. What I valued most however, was that he took the time to educate me on how to prevent the problem from occurring again and went even further to describe to me certain features of my garage door, how to mitigate problems and how to keep my door operating smoothly. He demonstrated such a wealth of knowledge, I could tell he is a subject matter expert. Precision can certainly be proud of employees such as Chris. You have me as a client for life. Thank you Chris,

I had no idea who to choose to get my garage door fixed. I googled and Precisiondoorssanantonio popped up. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day I received a call from Chris telling me he was on his way and twenty minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to. I would recommend him and the company to anyone and everyone. He also had an amazing laugh that somehow really put my worries at ease.
