The guys who came out (were even 45 minutes early) were very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. it was well worth the fee to have the professionals come out and diagnose and fix the problem. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I scheduled an appointment and received an email with a picture and bio of the employee that would be coming to my house. Install was quick. Service was excellent.

We were never so happy with the workmanship, and timely way they came to fix our door. I have been going around and around with so many repairmen at my house, and this was such a relief to have him come when he said he would, ,and to do such a good job. I have used this company before (and will always use them for my garage door needs), because I know the quality of their employees is second to none. Today, my technician was Chris Flores. Chris quickly identified the problem with the garage door and corrected it. What I valued most however, was that he took the time to educate me on how to prevent the problem from occurring again and went even further to describe to me certain features of my garage door, how to mitigate problems and how to keep my door operating smoothly. He demonstrated such a wealth of knowledge, I could tell he is a subject matter expert. Precision can certainly be proud of employees such as Chris. You have me as a client for life. Thank you Chris,
