I had no idea who to choose to get my garage door fixed. I googled and Precisiondoorssanantonio popped up. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day I received a call from Chris telling me he was on his way and twenty minutes away. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable about garage doors and all that makes them work. He explained everything to me before he started. A short while later he was telling me exactly what he did as well as potential future needs. He was so professional as well as a joy to talk to. I would recommend him and the company to anyone and everyone. He also had an amazing laugh that somehow really put my worries at ease. I also had to call him the next day to figure out how to my door when our power went out. He immediately knew what was needed. Five plus stars all the way. Thank you!!

From my first phone call to completion of the Service Call your attention and concern were outstanding. Response to my need for service was immediately handled and scheduled. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Jason Dawson, Technician and we agreed on a time to do the work. He came, accessed the trouble, told me what was wrong and his recommendation. He installed a new Garage Door Opener, checked it out and gave me instructions on it's use. In my books he is a five star and an asset to your company. He knew the product well, was professional in every respect, and left me with the feeling that the job was done correctly.

It is a very cold feeling when you need to exit your garage and the double door will not open due to a broken spring. Came in our house, looked up in the Yellow Pages and there your were, called 10:00 am and scheduled a same day repair, 2-4:00 pm were offered, I requested for 2 pm due to my departing home for work by 5 pm. At 11 am a call came through and we can be at your home by 12 o'clock noon. The very professional service installation was completed within a hour and I was not late for work. Service Tech gave my options and explained the valued difference. Yes it was the top dollar bid, never-the-less, we received our value worth and reassurance our door will continue without denial to our every day requirements. Precision Tech's were very courteous, careful workers, knew their trade and whistled while they worked and cleaned up the remains as if they were never there. Thank goodness we knew they were there rendering personal service as if they were accomplishing this service call at their own home. Dan was quickly able to diagnose the problem with the door opener (start capacitor DOA). He replaced the capacitor and the door opener is now working properly, he also checked and adjusted the door spring which was out of adjustment. This is the second time I have used Precision Door for a repair and I won't use anyone else. Their employees are well trained, professional. Dan offered to replace the door opener but did not push the issue when I opted for the repair instead. When it is time to replace it, they will be the ones doing it. Great job Dan,keep up the good work.

The two guys were awesome installing the new garage door, spring, rail, and rollers. Could we have a small bottle of touch up paint for our new door? There are a few scrapes on it when the door arrived to our home for install and would like to touch it up. Thank you

Your company installed the garage door and opener originally and did such a nice job that we have never called anyone else to repair the opener; the problem with the opener has existed for about six years but we are on a fixed income and have been saving to take our granddaughters to Disney World, we have now booked our visit and could afford to have y'all look at it. The gentleman that came to look at the problem knew exactly what the remedy was and had it fixed in no time, he was extremely courteous and friendly and we thank you for having such quality personnel. 5 stars.
