I had a broken spring and snapped cable. I called Precision ans setup an appointment. Jason called me the day of the appointment and kept me informed on his whereabouts and showed up on time. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me his recommendation. I agreed, and he had all the parts with him and in no time my garage door was fixed and working better than ever! Jason was prompt, courteous and efficient! I would gladly recommend their services to anyone needing service.

Jason Dawson was on time and professional. Addressed all questions and explained what he was doing the entire time. He also let us know about a potential future issue with the door system, so we can plan for the eventuality of a break-down. His visit was a once-over of the entire system and a check of proper adjustment and tightening of all components.

I wanted the best possible for the repair of my garage door, and the advertisements and reviews are spot on. Precision delivered right off the bat with the service call. When I called Precision for service, they gave me a time slot of 10-12. The technician, Monty was right on time (he was a bit ahead of the time as a matter of fact). He was extremely courteous, explained in detail what needed to be done, explained my options, and once we had agreed on a solution he told me how long it would take to complete the job. Once he was finished, he tested the door several times to make certain it was working fine. I will always use this company for my garage door needs

These guys are WONDERFUL! Our cars got "trapped" in our garage at about 10:00pm on Saturday night when the spring broke. The door was entirely too heavy for me and my wife to lift manually, and since most companies don't work on Sunday's, we thought we were going to have to wait until Monday morning to get the door fixed. In desperation we searched the web, and liked what we saw with Precision's website. I called their phone number at about 10:30pm, this WONDERFUL extremely polite woman answered the telephone, and said that she would have someone here at our home on Sunday morning to work the problem. The agent who came to our home (MR. JASON DAWSON) was spectacular. He was loud and clear with his recommendations and explanations, was extremely polite AND knowledgeable, and got us fixed up like new in about an hour. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! and even better yet on a Sunday morning! This company and its employees are nothing less than SUPER. THANK YOU ALL. Between my wife and myself, we decided that your rating is not a 5 star, BUT INSTEAD a 5 X 5 STAR! THANK YOU ALL!

We have now had a total of three garage doors on two homes (since 2011) repaired by Precision with two different employees doing the work. The company and the technicians are first class. You get what you pay for and you get a lot for what you pay with Precision. We highly recommend this company. Monty Morales was the latest technician to work on two doors for us and his work was flawless. He replaced all of the rollers, springs, pulleys and cables on both doors. They were almost unusable and now they work like new. Monty is a very personable and very capable young man.

Larry Andrews did a superb job from showing up early, extremely cordial, and a work ethic second to none. He replaced two springs that were in bad shape, did the same with a pulley, balanced the doors and made sure nothing else was left out. He did all of this in less than an hour. All together Larry and Precision lived up to their reputation given to me by my neighbor. Thanks again and well done.

Fantastic service on the 4th of July holiday! Joe Sillitoe came out early in the 2 hour appointment window, diagnosed the problem right away, inspected all parts and after recommended service, was done within an hour. Got new springs (my door had only one spring) and rollers, with a great lifetime parts warranty. Door is working better than brand new!!
