Brent, was early but called first to confirm his early arrival was going to work. He was very professional, answered all my questions. Job was done quickly, he explained maintenance moving forward, did a walk through on what he did so show me what to watch for in the future. He left lubricant, showed me where and when to use. He even cleaned my two garage door opener eyes to make sure all debris and cobwebs were removed. Very satisfied customer. Will always call in the future if another issue come up! Patrick was great. He was very professional and did a great job. This is the the first garage door opener I’ve had that literally doesn’t make a sound. Patrick explained everything and showed me how to work all the controls. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid. I chose this company on my brother’s recommendation and I’m glad I did.
