Excellent service. James, the technician, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend James to anyone needing a new garage door opener. I would also recommend Precision to anyone looking for quality products, prompt service, and an excellent warranty. I called yesterday around 1500 hours to schedule an appointment and they were able to schedule me the next day.

Brent arrived when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and recommend three solutions. I chose to replace the motor accessories. Brent did the work quickly and professionally. He reprogrammed my cars and assisted in programming the keypad. He showed me what maintenance I needed to perform and when. Brent was excellent ????.

I was very impressed with our technician James. He was very sincere and motivated in repairing our garage door. For being a new technician, he ensured the repair was done correctly the first time. My garage door is extremely heavy and in my opinion two technicians should have been sent. James seeked verbal guidance and did the job by himself. I commend James for his aggressive approach in doing his job and representing Precision Garage Door Repairs. His attention to detail is above approach.

Had somewhat of an emergency, the door wouldn't close. I got an appointment for next day because I thought I would be able to disengage the lock and pull down the door. I was wrong. I called back and they worked me in as an emergency security issue, same day as I called. The guys were great, very pleasant as usual, i've used precision door for years and will always use them.

Same day service. Communication on appt was great. Chose because the door that needed service is an Overhead Door and when googled there was an indication on one ad that Precision served the Schertz Tx area. Brent Huffman explained what was needed and did the service right then to correct the problem.
