The gentlemen who came out for the service were amazing and informative. They both represented the company well. The only reason I didn't choose a 5-Star rating was due a surprise-cost added that was not shared when I asked for a total cost when the appointment was set.

Brent, was early but called first to confirm his early arrival was going to work. He was very professional, answered all my questions. Job was done quickly, he explained maintenance moving forward, did a walk through on what he did so show me what to watch for in the future. He left lubricant, showed me where and when to use. He even cleaned my two garage door opener eyes to make sure all debris and cobwebs were removed. Very satisfied customer. Will always call in the future if another issue come up! Had bad garage door opener which was replaced quickly. Serviceman Jason Dawson, whom previously repaired my my garage door with all new parts, is a true professional. He gave me great tips on remote control synchronization as well as identifying minor issues.

Patrick was great. He was very professional and did a great job. This is the the first garage door opener I’ve had that literally doesn’t make a sound. Patrick explained everything and showed me how to work all the controls. The price I was quoted was exactly the price I paid. I chose this company on my brother’s recommendation and I’m glad I did.

Prices were reasonable and both times I’ve called them they were able to come out same day or the next business day to fix my older door. Technicians did a great job of letting me know what my options were without pressuring me into upsells and did the work efficiently. Door is working great now!
