After the spring on my garage door snapped into 2 pieces, I picked up the phone book and called Precision Door Service. I am glad I did. Patrick Cross was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything as he worked. I think the door is in much better shape than before it broke thanks to him. I won't hesitate to call if I ever need service again. I was impressed by your website. However, the person you sent, Waylan Walker did NOT impress me. When I asked for the bottom line, he said it was close to $675.00 When I asked if his Precision gave military discounts he supposedly called his superior and told me he could reduce the labor amount. He got on his laptop and punched a bunch of information and gave me the amount of a different motor. I then stepped in the house for a moment. When he left, I noticed that my 20 oz. hammer was missing. So now, I am not impressed at all with anything. I would like my hammer returned.

After being told by another garage door repair company that the earliest they could come was in a week, I called Precision. They gave me an appointment for the next morning, and then came early! Jason was incredibly courteous and accommodating and pleasant. He replaced the springs(one was broken which is the reason we needed service) and bearing on our 2 car garage door, tightened all the fittings, checked the cables, lubricated everything and put the door back in great shape. Then he inspected and tuned up the single garage door. All work was done neatly and the site left in perfect condition. He was very pleasant about everything. I will call Precision first the next time, without a doubt.

Who has chat open at 10:30 pm? Absolutely the best! Garage door exploded late in the afternoon, by 1030pm I had a next day appointment. Jason showed up saw the problem, recommended a few tweaks and my garage door has never been so quite. 26 year old door has a new lease on life! Outstanding job Jason.

This is the second time I use Precision. There are a lot of things that I love about them. The first is that they offer same day service. The second is that they are part of the BBB so I feel more confident in using them. Mr. Monty Morales came in to replace my garage door opener after it was damaged by the storm. He explained what had happened, he gave me options, and he took care of it quickly. After he was done, he explained the features of the new mechanism and their warranty. I would absolutely call Precision again if I needed my garage door worked on.

We have used your company before. Had a good experience the first time so we decided to use your company again. Service was great starting with making an appointment, receiving a confirmation, to getting our call when service tech was on his way to the actual service we received. We had a garage door opener installed (we purchased ourselves). Monty Moreno was our service tech. Very well mannered and very personable and respectful. Danny Kuhn was my technician and he had a young trainee with him. Both of these men were excellent in their demeanor, courtesy, professional knowledge and most importantly getting the job done RIGHT all the way around. My appointment time was between 4PM & 6PM but Danny called about 2PM and said he had cancellation and could they come over now. Of course, I agreed and they arrived on time, charged a fair price and drank two bottles of my water (LOL), I offered it to them. I've used Precision in the past and if the need arises I'll do it again, but this time I'll ask for Danny if he's available. Recommend without reservation. I purchased end bracket's with bearings, I said "Cables" because bracket's was not listed as a choice.

After it failed once, I wanted a service visit to make sure everything was adjusted correctly.
