Very satisfied. The night before I leave for the airport, the spring broke on my garage door with my car inside. I found a 24 hour number on line and called 10 pm. The service guy was at my house by 930 am and the door was fixed!

This is the way a home repair should work. Mark Licon, the tech assigned to the repair, arrived right on time, assessed the problem (one of my door springs had failed), and installed the replacement parts within one hour. I was pleased to learn he had replacement parts in his truck ready to go, not to mention a new remote i asked for 'off the cuff' that he was able to program for me within minutes. First class service, very professional and reliable. Extremely well done, especially on a Sunday afternoon. I couldn't be more impressed.
