I called Precision because our garage door broke and I could not get the door opened or closed. I called another company I had used before but they quoted 4 days to come out, which was not going to work. After some online searching I called Precision because they could do same day and the reviews from other customers were so good. I’m glad I did. My technician, Nur, talked me through all of my options, showed me the inherent weaknesses in my existing system (which the other company had not), and got me up and running again.

Called for garage door service on Thursday, May 19th. I have American Homeshield but wasn't sure if they could get someone to me the same day. To make a long story short, after speaking to the service technician from Precision, who seemed very nice and personable, I was looking at paying near $3200 for a new garage door since everything that was broken according to the service technician couldn't be fixed due to the damage he assessed. I was able to get a vendor from American Homeshield to come that day and fixed all the components that I was told earlier couldn't be fixed. I ended up paying $450 out of pocket. Garage door was fixed in about an hour and works better than before.. At the end of the day I was a little disappointed in Precision and if I could score a 0 I would have. I'm not too happy with this experience this past week with your company and will definitely not use or refer anyone in the future. I feel violated and mistreated. I believe I was almost scammed.
