Moved into a new home and garage door was partially broken and not opening at all. Precision sent Ricky the next day who fixed it under an hour. Service was very efficient and affordable. We also received multiple tips on how to maintain the garage door system which is much appreciated. Definitely recommend precision for all garage services.

Called Precision based on a recommendation. Response was amazingly quick. That same day, a thorough inspection and servicing was provided by a highly skilled and pleasant technician (Ricky); a lost remote was also replaced. At some point in the near future, the garage door will need to be replaced based on age and use. I now know exactly who I'll be contacting for that work.

My garage door needed urgent repair on a Saturday morning after it came crashing down due to a broken spring. I could not open it manually, and my car was stuck inside the garage. I called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio and within 3 hours a technician arrived, assessed the situation and provided an estimate, which I thought was quite reasonable. The technician(Rick) fixed the problem to my complete satisfaction. He was courteous, very professional and competent. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Company again for any garage door issues in the future.
