Great customer service by Technician Antonio Garcia who replaced our old door with a new one. Antonio was very professional and friendly. He worked for hours installing the door and then made sure the installation was to our satisfaction and it was. I would recommend Precision to all our family and friends.

Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio did an excellent job at repairing the broken spring on my garage door. Our technician was Wesley and he did a fantastic job. I wouldn’t recommend this company for any garage door service. I made appointment to have tech come out and replace garage door opener. The tech arrived and promptly tried to convince me I needed coils replaced on my garage door because supposedly the coils I had replaced 5 years ago were the wrong size for my garage door. So when I googled garage door size & coils the coil size recommended was the size that had been installed on my garage door 5 years ago. When I declined coil replacement and told him I only need garage door replaced, he gave me some malarkey about if I didn’t replace coils then he couldn’t replace garage door opener because it would void warranty for garage door opener. He quoted a total of $1385 for coils & garage door opener. I told him I only need garage door opener changed out. He quoted $850 for garage door opener replacement but said he couldn’t do garage door opener replacement without coil replacement. I told him if he wasn’t going to replace my garage door opener then I wasn’t going to pay service call fee. He contacted his supervisor and then he left my residence.

People do your research! A simple google search for my garage door opener brand lead me to find a part replacement that cost $22 on Amazon. A step by step install instruction video and I now have my garage door opener working again. I didn’t need garage door opener or coils after all. Thanks for nothing Precision!!

From my call for service to the completed work, everything was done in a courteous and professional manner. The technician, Chris, quickly analyzed the problem, provided me with two types of garage door options, and had a bottom-line price within a matter of minutes. Everything was completed within five hours of my initial call. I could not have asked for better service. Great job!

Aaron and BJ came to do my repair. I needed new springs for my garage door. The were very polite and explained everything that needed to be replaced. They gave me other options if I wanted to do a over haul or a new door. They didn't pressure me to do more than I wanted. Very satisfied with the job they did. Will definitely use Precicion for my furtue garage door needs.

He was very courteous and professional throughout the service call. The initial company placed our garage door back on track with a 30 day warranty. Approx 30 days to the date it was off-track again.The initial company send an affiliate to service our garage door. I sincerely believe the second company did not diagnosed the problem as well. I felt like the problem was not being addressed as it should be especially after putting out $346.00 and still "NO GO". I looked up several companies in Schertz-Cibolo area and saw the reviews for your company and liked them. Your technician, Mr Travis Bartley came and I could see his professional attitude and his experience in the matter. Very through in all he did. Cannot ask for more. Thank You Very Much!!!

Great customer service all around. Garage door came off track late at night and I called and was scheduled early morning the next day. Aaron and BJ came out fixed the door, both were friendly and very professional. Aaron fixed this problem before and scheduled me to have a new door put in.
