I called Precision on Friday evening about 5:25 pm trying to set an appointment for the following week. To my wonderful surprise I was given a 2 hour appointment window on Saturday afternoon! Dan Kuhn came out right on time and what a JOY he is! He understood exactly what I was wanting to get done. Due to our home being elevated out of the flood plain soon, I needed our garage doors and their tracks raised 3". Dan looked at what I needed after listening carefully and responded, "No problem, I can do that in about 2 hours" And he did just that. Adjusting opener and locks, he left everything better than before. I am thrilled with Precision Doors and Dan Kuhn. The work done was excellent and the price was very fair. I can safely recommend them to anyone.

On 8/31/15 at 2:50 PM my garage door spring broke. I called Precision immediately because we couldn't lift the door and both of our vehicles were inside. Your technician, Jason, called within 10 min to verify my address, and arrived 5 min later. He replaced the single broken spring with a dual spring system, and all the roller wheels. I can't belived how quiet and smooth the garage doors moves now. He completed the job and was gone by 4:15. Jason was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and fast. I couldn't believe he arrived so quickly...and had the job completed so quickly. I recommended your company to four of my golf buddies today.
