Mike Dahl did my garage door overhaul a month ago, He came back for a minor problem. He explained everything, solved the problem at no charge. This company is very unusual in that they set a 2 hour window for appointments, show up on time, call before they get there, do the work quick and neat and are gone. Had a busted spring. Opted for the overhaul to include nylon rollers. Service was excellent from the initial phone call to completion. Advanced notice allowed me to leave work and meet the technician. Damien is knowledgeable, fast and did excellent work. With the new rollers my door is super quiet! Happy customer.

Based on the symptoms my twin garage door a couple of years ago, I was expecting to need a new opener. I didn't Larry showed me the safety cable was causing a hang-up and an uneven closing door that sometimes would think it hit something and go back up. An expected $400 repair was allot less, and done on time. He said he be here between 12 and 2. He was here at 12 and done before one.

Damien did a fine job of fixing my problem. I was afraid the door would fall because it wobbled, side to side as it went down. He said it just needed proper maintainance and after lubricating everything, it works much better. He relieved my anxiety. This is the 2nd time I've called your company since the elderly gentleman who used to help me retired.
