I needed an idrive garage door system converted to a standard setup. I'm very happy with Joe's work. He showed on time, was done quick, and did quality work. The only negative thing I can say is I was unable to get a quote over the phone for the work I needed done. Instead I was told I'd have to pay $49.95 for a service rep to come out. When Joe and I told him what I needed done, he provided a quote immediately. This quote should have been available over the phone.

Precision Door Definitely deserves a 5 Star + for their service. As always whenever I call for service, I am cheerfully greeted over the phone and after my description of service needed, I am given a 15 minute window in which a tech will arrive. Not once have they ever failed to meet that 15 minute time frame. 9 times out of 10, it is the same day, I can always count on the work being done in a cheerful and professional manner. On this visit Joe Sillitoe was the tech who visited us. He was highly cheerful, friendly and courteous. He inspected my complaint - homed in on the cause and repaired it in a wink of an eye. He then went on at my request to make a 100% check of the system and made several adjustments to make the doors operate more smoothly and quietly. I will definitely request Joe Stillitoe to be our dedicated tech in the future.

Damian explained problem and why I needed new opener. He was fast and efficient installing it and then explained how to operate remote. I also appreciate call letting me know he was running late. Chose Precision to do this repair because we did't trust another group that came out less than a month ago for another situation. Much, much happier here. Very friendly folks, do what they say, when they commit to do it and very professional at all times. Feels like dealing with close family. VERY IMPORTANT!! Legitimate companies will not charge you a 'service charge' unless you get them to diagnose and refuse services. Never a problem here. The technicians were great, super helpful and knew how to get the job done...very happy with them. BUT...I was very disappointed with the my experience with the office staff and sales team. They needed to order a panel for my garage door and said it would take less than two weeks. After 3 weeks no phone, no communication and no panel. My first phone call to the office - they told me the order was delayed because of the bad weather and it should be here in a few days. I week later - no phone, no communication and no panel. I called and was told they didn't know why it was taking so long and would call me the next day to update me on the statues. The next day - still no phone. Another week came and went. I called back and asked for the manager - and was told she was out of the office for a few days but would call me first thing when she got Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and still nothing. After 5 weeks, I called and spoke to the manager finally... She told me the door would be in the next day and scheduled my technician. I asked her how she would make the situation right and was told that it was not there fault and they couldn't do anything. After complain to the manager I was given a $50 credit. Great technicians - but very poor communication and customer care with the office. Sad to say that I will not be using them again or recommending them.
