Having worked in both the customer service and retail arenas for a number of years, I recognize and appreciate promptness, professionalism, courtesy and expeditiousness. Joe was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I enthusiastically recommend both Joe and Precision Garage Door.

Jason provided exceptional customer service repairing our opener problem. Thankfully some lubrication and adjustment solved our issue. Jason did not attempt to pressure sell but informed us what might happen with our 17 year old system and what options and costs might be in the future. He was punctual, courteous, and resolved the issue quickly. We will definitely use Precision again.

Your service man came promptly and was very courteous. Your prices are reasonable and I liked the option you give of one year warranty verses a lifetime warranty. The previous company I called did not offer that and it was expensive for only repairing the spring. I will definitely recommend you to my neighbors.
