What great customer service -- starting with helpful info on website and coupon on Facebook, scheduled appointment in a few hours, sent email link with intro and reviews of technician Jason Dawson, who called when on his way. All that created high expectations which Jason (and Joe who was with him) met and exceeded. Jason diagnosed problem with sensors and wiring, offered options and fixed. I highly recommend to others.

Dan, got to my home 5 minutes his scheduled time, wish i appreciated. He informed me of the problem and how it was going to get fixed. He was done within 20 minutes of getting to my home. He showed me what he did to solve the problem. He also informed me that within time I will need to replace my garage door. He did give me a price for the door. Once I save the money I will call Precision to come out and replace my garage door. Dan thanks for all your help, I really appreciate it.

I was given a time range 8-10. Joe called me at 8:45 to tell me he would be there at 9:00, which he was. He fixed my garage door in less than 30 minutes. He then took time to show me how to properly maintain the door. I am really pleased with service and would always call Precision.

Garage door was making lots of noises, so that was why we called you as you had originally put in the new doors a few years back. Come to find out, the rollers were the problem. They were replaced with Nylon Rollers and it is quiet and just peace of mind that they are in good shape. The service caller was on time and didn't waste any time going to work. Thanks.
