We’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service since they installed a new garage door for us a number of years ago. The man doing the installing asked if we planned on getting an automatic door opening system and suggested the PDS Ultra 900 system. We said ‘Yes’ and have loved the quiet and reliable service the system provides. We’ve since had to replace the door recently (unfortunate backing out incident before the door had fully opened) and Precision Door again provided excellent professional service. We highly recommend this company for your garage door needs!

Jason my assigned Technician did a superb job in the time he quoted me for replacing garage door springs. Additionally, he arrived on time, answered all my questions and provide overall excellent customer service. Not only did they explain everything to me and go through options, but my grandmother had a medical emergency while they were at my house that I had to run off to. Precision installed the door so I call whenever I have a question or issue. Tech came out and took care of problem before I answered the door. He checked status of door. I will be buying new door sometime this year and will definitely call precision.
