My garage door spring broke and i called Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio after a quick search on the internet. Customer service very friendly and arranged a same day appointment between 2pm and 6pm. Art arrived just before 2pm and assessed the situation. I was given two options: a) basic repair or b) repair with upgraded hardware and lifetime warranty. I chose the option with all the bells and whistles. Art completed the job on the same day within an hour and a half working in the challenging tight space of my garage. The door now works perfectly with no grinding noises that I’m used to hearing. I am a very happy customer. Thank you, Art and Precision Overhead Door of San Antonio.

Brent came out to look at our opener because the chain had come off and wouldn’t open. Old opener was not reparable, so installed a new opener along with a key pad and helped program our vehicles. Very friendly

The technician was prompt and polite. He inspected the door and the broken spring. He told me because the door was small cracks in three places he could not just replace the springs. Those cracks had been in the door for the past five years with no problems. The company was providing me with estimates to replace the door. I was dissatisfied that they would not complete the repair that I needed.

Had somewhat of an emergency, the door wouldn't close. I got an appointment for next day because I thought I would be able to disengage the lock and pull down the door. I was wrong. I called back and they worked me in as an emergency security issue, same day as I called. The guys were great, very pleasant as usual, i've used precision door for years and will always use them.

Not sure if my first review went through. They called ahead and actually showed up 15 minutes early. They finished on time. They explained all my options clearly. They did the job and spent a fair amount of time explaining how things worked. They did a great job of clean up. I don't recommend many folks but I do recommend these two men. I am 99% sure their names were James and Brent.
Even more valuable to get a recommend from someone who seldom does any recommending. Thank You Thor! We stand behind our theory that an educated customer is the best kind and love to hear that oour guys sill explain everything to every person every day.
