I choose Precision Garage Door service because I have use them before and the service was nothing but excellent! The service I received today was performed by Monte; he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Monte explained the need work in complete detail; and showed me how to perform maintenance on my garage door and moving parts! I would wholeheartedly recommend Precision to anyone needing service on their garage door. As a matter of fact; my neighbor saw Monte working on my garage door and asked to speak with him concerning matters with his garage door. All moving parts and those associated with my garage door were replaced. Thanks Precision I appreciate the excellent service!!! Special thanks to Monte!!!

Mike arrived early, was extremely professional and courteous and gave me three options for the repair. I went with a basic overhaul so springs, cables, rollers and drums were replaced. He was done in about an hour. I would recommend Precision without reservation.

Caleb was totally professional...he called to let me know that he was in route and precisely what time he would arrive. He did a total service on our door, and replace rollers, springs, etc. I had many questions, and he was receptive to all of them . At no time did he try to "up sell" me anything.
