Had trouble with my garage door not closing. Chris was on time and had it adjusted in less than an hour. He did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I did not need, he just evaluated the door and made the adjustments needed. I have used this company twice now the first time they replaced the spring and two years late a quick adjustment.

Danny Kuhn and Precision Garage Door get 5 stars from me. Danny arrived in a timely manner and was very professional, explaining everything as he went along installing a new garage door opener. His work was very clean and thorough. Very personable and likable. I chose you for the 4 hour guarantee advertised on your website. (Had lightning last night that fried the opener) I had to work a bit with Tara for that when I called this morning. She initially told me you were booked today then I reminded her of your guarantee and was guaranteed between 1 - 3 today. Dan was here on the dot of 1:00.

Chris Flores was the technician who came to our house on April 15,2019 to repair our garage door. It had a broken spring. We chose to upgrade to a two spring system and have teflon rollers installed. Chris was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very polite and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needed a garage door repair.

I called Precision based on an ad in the phone book. This is the first time I have dealt with them. I had an emergency because a spring had broken on one of my garage doors and I could not get my car out. I called about 11:00 a.m. today and told them that I had to be able to get my car out by 3:00 so I could pick up my granddaughters. Jason Dawson arrived about 12:30 and he manually raised the door. I put the car outside and agreed to let me do a complete repair job on both doors. I am very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

FIVE STARS! I called Precision because I need a garage door repaired. We are selling our home and that was a request by the buyers. The door had been hit by one of our cars and I wasn’t sure of what I would be told. Monty was sent and I could not have been any more impressed. He called to let me know he was a about 14 minutes away. He was very professional upon his arrival. Because of the reason of my call he could have told me I needed a new garage door and I would have bought one. Instead, he did his best to fix the door and he did an amazing job. He even asked me if I was pleased. I will definitely refer anyone who ask to Precision and ask them to request Monty. Thank you Monty for your professionalism!
