Caleb was totally professional...he called to let me know that he was in route and precisely what time he would arrive. He did a total service on our door, and replace rollers, springs, etc. I had many questions, and he was receptive to all of them . At no time did he try to "up sell" me anything. When the chain on my garage door finally just fell off, I had no idea who to call. I put out an SOS on Moms Of New Braunfels Uncensored and within 10 minutes there were 3 replies suggesting Precision Door!!! The Svc Rep, Jason Dawson, quickly identified the problem of a wiring defect. He also noticed that one of the brackets was broken and needed replacement. Also said the rollers needed to be replaced. After work was completed it was a noticable improvement of the garage door opening and closing and much quieter. I would have given a 5 star rating except for price of parts. I was given a little price break on the overall billing. I still do highly recommend this company.

Marc came early and finished the job in 20 minutes! I appreciate their quick service and also very limited contact with COVID. They sent an email letting me know who was coming and it helped relieve anxiety knowing who would be coming to my home. Bonus our garage door is actually quieter now than it was before and doesn’t pop anymore! I would definitely recommend them!
