Called Monday morning and appt was set for 2-4pm. I was pleased they got me in so fast. The tech called at 1:30 and said he was on his way. Jason arrived right on time and remembered that he installed a door for me about 8 years ago, I was very pleased then and was not disappointed this time. Jason is very professional and knows what he is doing. He suggested a few things and explained a lot. He serviced my door and got everything working to my satisfaction. Jason is very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Pecidion again and would ask for Jason again.

Highly recommended! Dan and his assistant were knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and friendly. They explained the problem and fixed it as well as gave me some recommendations to make me aware of future garage door concerns. Our garage door wouldn't open finally figured out a spring had broken. Didn't quite know where to turn , looked online and found Precision. Good reviews, a 24 hour chat line and made my appointment Sunday night. The technician (Monty Morales) was here promptly at the time scheduled time and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door. I highly recommend this company if you need garage door repairs.

Mr Patrick Cross arrived as scheduled for my appointment. He introduced himself and asked to view my problem. He attempted to correct my problem. He stated that the motor/mother broad needed replacing. I agreed and it was installed. Idecided to the other one installed. Another appointment was made and the second opener was installed. Mr. Cross ask me if I had any question concerning either job, I say no. I would recommend your company to my friends with any garage door problem. We had used your service before and knew what to expect. within a couple of hours of our telephoned request, Danny Kuhn, your technician arrived and told us he could adjust our old door mechanism. At our request he listed what new equipment would run. With no pressure we decided to replace our system and at the conclusion we are delighted we did. The replacement is so quiet you can barely hear it while standing in the garage. Reasonable price and professional service.
