New door and opener will be installed next week. Unjamming old, damaged door to free up the two trapped vehicles inside was a challenge. Andy did it very accurately and the estimates professionally and he’ll come back to install the new upgraded motor. Hopefully the door installer will also have a five star quality service.

The Precision team arrived at my house the same day that I called them. The two gentlemen were extremely friendly, and they diagnosed the issues with my garage doors (both were aging) in about 5 minutes. All of the cables and springs needed replacement, along with one new motor. While the price was higher than I expected, I was very satisfied with the work performed.

Needed a follow up - somewhat different problem but they honored the 90 day warranty and did not charge me. Figured out a puzzling issue that was easily resolved. Still a very satisfied customer!
