Thank you for sending Technician Jason Dawson to repair our door. After damaging our garage door this morning I was upset by the incident and anxious about who to call. I found Precision Door Service at the top of my internet search with its 5 star reviews. I received a call from Jason not long after contacting the company. He was polite and prompt from the start. He evaluated the situation made informative suggestions and then did the most amazing job of repairing the door for our use until we can make a decision about the replacement. I am confident the work will hold until we are able to place our order. His help in choosing options was detailed and informative and without any sales pressure. Technician examined garage door and provided his estimate for the service call and spring replacement. As we lifted the door, he discovered the bottom left bracket had come unscrewed from the door. I was surprised by the bill because it was $45 higher than he quoted me. He should have come clean and told me up front it would cost more since he had to use additional screws. Honesty always earns higher scores; today he only earned three stars.

Called Monday morning and appt was set for 2-4pm. I was pleased they got me in so fast. The tech called at 1:30 and said he was on his way. Jason arrived right on time and remembered that he installed a door for me about 8 years ago, I was very pleased then and was not disappointed this time. Jason is very professional and knows what he is doing. He suggested a few things and explained a lot. He serviced my door and got everything working to my satisfaction. Jason is very friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing. I would definitely use Pecidion again and would ask for Jason again.

Our garage door wouldn't open finally figured out a spring had broken. Didn't quite know where to turn , looked online and found Precision. Good reviews, a 24 hour chat line and made my appointment Sunday night. The technician (Monty Morales) was here promptly at the time scheduled time and did a wonderful job repairing our garage door.
