We are existing customers for the same purchase several years ago. We really were briefed on the latest technologies being used by this company and what we could expect in performance from the new opener. Overall we are much knowledgeable about our opener and accessories because the installer was very thorough as well as professional about making sure he did more than just install and leave. Just wanted to say thank you to Dan and all the staff at Precision Door for the BEAUTIFUL GARAGE DOOR they installed with the Beveled Glass Windows. We keep getting compliments from the neighbors of how it stands out and how gorgeous it looks and adds to our homes curb appeal. I can't say enough of how professional, courteous and patient Dan has been with me through the long process of myself trying to decide on the perfect door, windows and opener for our house. We can finally sneak up on our kids when we come home because the opener they installed is so quiet you can't hear it when it opens like our original one. Thank you very much!!!

The service technician, Jason, realigned the beams and secured the mounting bracket. Also, he installed a metal reinforcing bracket on the door where the opener is mounted. The door had operated perfectly after the last service. Then, there were inexplicable problems with closing the door. Something apparently hit and bent the beam bracket and caused this problem. Prompt service solved the problem. All technicians have shown professional skill and courteous service.

Jason and Alex arrived on schedule. They listened to my concerns ,quickly accessed and identified the problem. In addition to restoring both doors to their total functions and one long time non-function remote completely lubricated both and offered a suggestion of how to lengthen life of rollers with no pressure to install. As to later we did install on one door and it certainly doesn't make as much noise and seems to operate more smoothly. Your fees were reasonable and discounts were generous. In short my wife and I were pleased. Your agents have uncomplicated our life a bit as we no longer have to hold indoor openers down to close door,go outside to get into car and both doors response from remote to open. We would recommend you to folks in need of maintenance and repair.

I can always rely on Precision to be available during the week and on weekends (Sunday repair this last time). Dan has serviced our doors a couple of times now and always is very personal and professional and leaves the worksite clean. They were on site as promised and called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. Not pleased. I authorized the work, it was finished and I paid. Later I called other garage door service companies to compare costs. After 3 estimates I got prices $300 and below, for the same work. Precision Charged me nearly $500. I guess my trusting nature cost me at least $200 this time around. Technician was nice and professional, unfortunately his company seems to be over charging for parts and service.

Mike - Thank you for taking the time to review our company. Feedback from our customers is necessary to improve our business. Although our prices are quoted before beginning the job I understand you were displeased with our pricing. We are not the lowest in the industry nor are we the highest. We do however use a better grade of hardware including high cycle heavy duty springs.This enables us to better stand behind our product and service in the coming years. I am unable to say why the other companies were quoting you less. Perhaps the disparity in pricing comes in the product they sell. I can say that since we installed our springs, for the next three years should the springs break there will be no charge again for the springs. I thank you for your feedback. Regards
