The spring on our garage door broke late Saturday night. I did not expect to have it repaired on a Sunday. I requested a quote, received a phone call very quickly and they had a technician at my house by 3:30. We added an extra spring to our door and it works better than ever. The technician was very informative and friendly.

Had my garage door spring replaced on Saturday 10/27. Danny Kuhn was the tech. Danny was on time a a real pro. Job was done quickly and price was reasonable. Can't say enough good things about Danny. He did an outstanding job, was very professional plus I really enjoyed talking with him while he was there. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision and especially Danny to anyone. Dan Kuhn was the tech that came out to service my garage door. He is the one that installed it a year ago. He is defiantly an asset to your company. He is always so courteous and awesome. Explains what is going on with my door. He did call me ahead of time and told me he was running late and gave me a time frame of when he would arrive at my house. Giving me time to run back to work and not loose my time away from work. I told him I was only 7 minutes away from my house and to let me know when he arrives there and I would leave work and meet him. In which he did call. I really appreciated that. I do love my garage door and Precision Garage Doors is GREAT! I refer people to you all the time.

Mark did an outstanding job with the installation of the new chain drive garage door opener. Mark is polite, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. The installation went smoothly. He programmed the remotes and double checked to make sure everything was running properly. Mark also explained the warranties that come with the new garage door opener. Excellent service! Our door was making some frightening noises, so I arranged to have someone come out and do an inspections and some adjustments. Being open on Sundays is huge for us since we work during the week. Mark called to offer us the opportunity to have an earlier appointment thank originally scheduled which worked out perfectly for us. I would definitely recommend both Mark and Precision!

This is the second time I've used Precision to work on my door for two separate issues. My experience on both occasions was great. Most recently, Ben reset my door after I caught it on the light bar of my truck. He took care of it faster than I expected and it worked great and was less noisy than before. This is definitely my go-to company for garage door issues.

I called because my remote opener wasn't working. Not only did Mr Kuhn fixed that (replaced the battery), but also replaced some light bulbs in the overhead fixture and oiled the track to eliminate the awful squeaking. He did a great job and took less than an hour after coming right on time.

It is a very cold feeling when you need to exit your garage and the double door will not open due to a broken spring. Came in our house, looked up in the Yellow Pages and there your were, called 10:00 am and scheduled a same day repair, 2-4:00 pm were offered, I requested for 2 pm due to my departing home for work by 5 pm. At 11 am a call came through and we can be at your home by 12 o'clock noon. The very professional service installation was completed within a hour and I was not late for work. Service Tech gave my options and explained the valued difference. Yes it was the top dollar bid, never-the-less, we received our value worth and reassurance our door will continue without denial to our every day requirements. Precision Tech's were very courteous, careful workers, knew their trade and whistled while they worked and cleaned up the remains as if they were never there. Thank goodness we knew they were there rendering personal service as if they were accomplishing this service call at their own home. I had a wonderful experience with Precision. I had a problem with a broken spring and needed a company who can fix the problem within a few hours. I called Precision and the technician was at my house within 4 hours and the problem was fixed within 45 minutes of the technician arrival. Awesome job!!

Technician arrived early . Very polite. Gave diagnosis and I decided to take the approximately 350 buck option. However, when he got up on ladder , saw it was just chain off the track, and didn't need new inner part. Final bill was l00. 90 . Did basic tune up, etc. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Honest and pleasant. Highly recommend Precision.
